With a title like She Who Must Be Obeyed, a magazine should contain pictorials of women in domination roles. Although models appear in costumes suitable for dominas, this issue is more fetish than femdom.

Cassandra — Woman with a Whip

In leather gauntlets, corset, two-tone boots and impeccable seamed hosiery, pretty Cassandra holds a feathery leather spanker. She poses in a living room setting and in front of a plain yellow backdrop.

China Bitch

We meet Kim first in a shiny dress, in boots, holding a cat-o'-nine tails, on the star sidewalk of Hollywood Boulevard. In one picture, a man lies on the ground with her boot on his chest.

In studio, she wears sandals, showing off shapely legs. She strips down to bra and garter belt and then removes the bra.

At 18 pages, this is the longest pictorial in the magazine.

The Competition — short story

Ten secretaries contribute $200 to a pool that takes the shape of a bet. Whoever seduces the highest level executive, takes the pot.

Like a detective, Serena follows Mr. Hollingsworth to a steamy matinee. He winds up at the home of a beautiful dominatrix. Through a window, she watches him submit to the cruel whip of a tall blond who steps on him with her boot.

At a bizarre boutique, Serena equips herself with the costume and implements needed to fill the role of domina in Hollingsworth's life. Corset, nylons, collar, high heels, leather panties, chains, ropes and whips.

At the end of the term the secretaries set for their competition, Serena invites them all to her apartment. She has an impressive demonstration for them.

. . . . she made her entrance. Everyone sat in stunned silence. Serena stood before her fellow workers, wearing a leather corset, leather bikini panties, spiked high heeled shoes and dark nylons. She held a whip, and looked at each of her friends with wickedly made up eyes. "My catch!" she announced, then she drew back the curtain.

”My God!" Karen shouted.

There was a series of shocked gasps from everyone in the room.

He hung from a rafter, a body harness made of chains suspending him. He wore a pair of slacks, his back to the audience, and the flesh was riddled with red streaks, wounds that appeared fresh. Serena walked up to him, then yanked down his slacks. His naked buttocks, small and rounded and almost womanlike, flashed at the girls. They, also, were streaked with red welts.

Serena stood back and slashed at the naked flesh. The man groaned loundly. "Will you obey me always?" Serena demanded. "Yes, Mistress Serena, always! I beg for your punishment! I cannot live without it!!!"

Serena began to whip him fiercely, and his voice reflected the intensity of his pain. The girls at the other end of the room all leaned forward. The voice was familiar, too familiar.

"Mistress Serena! I am your slave! Beat me! Humiliate me! 1 will obey your every command!"

Suddenly, Serena stopped. She dropped her whip to the floor and faced her audience. "May I now present my trophy!"

Mistress Interlude

Although the geometry of tableaux show Edwin in a subordinate status, this picture set functions more as an exercise in fetish fantasy than female domination. In garter belt, full-fashioned hosiery and two pairs of sandals, lovely Andrea presents a desirable figure of femininity.

Edwin spends his time with lips and tongue on shoes, feet, toes, and other parts of Andrea. On and off the piano.

The ebook contains all content of the 48-page magazine, including 1.5 pages of advertising, in the page sequence of the original. Some margins, borders, walls and floors were cropped out. A few page layouts were revised slightly.

Brightness, contrast and levels were adjusted, shadows reduced and many specks retouched. Image editing improved the quality of all photographs.
