After the death of Mr. Klaw in 1966, his sister Pauline sold about 70 sets of flats to Ed Mishkin, who had been a prolific publisher of controversial adult materials since the early 1950s. Flats contained the films with which offset plates were burned. Mr. Mishkin was publishing Mutrix booklets in Jersey City, at the time the flats were delivered, and 70 of his Mutrix titles were essentially second printings of Nutrix booklets.

This item shows Nutrix on the title page and Mutrix on the front cover. The inside cover advertises Wholesale Book Corporation products, another Mishkin enterprise.

Many products on this website work within oblique Cold War narratives, such as Mr. Bilbrew's Mistress comic, Bill Ward's Lady Brenda's Gameand Burtman's Bizarre Life Special, The Return of Justine. In this story, foreign spy Velma catches American agent Candy in an ambush. She seeks a certain dossier and incorrectly believes that Candy has access to it. Velma and assistant Nora force Candy into painful bondage to persuade disclosure of the documents' location.

Probably to divide bondage chores among models at photo shoots, many Nutrix bondage stories have turnabout elements. In the second bondage scheme, Nora turns an end table upside down and ties Candy's arms and legs to the upturned table legs. When the uncomfortable situation fails to force Candy to reveal the secret, Nora decides to try something else. In this position, Candy thinks only of worse punishment to come and the necessity of escape.

There was only Nora to contend with — only one girl. If she could but free herself from this table, she would have a good chance. And she struggled fiercely. But Nora had done her job well and Candy failed miserably.

There had to be another way. She must get Nora to untie her. She heard the door open. Nora was back. Candy's mind worked swiftly. She slumped limply in her bonds. She feigned unconsciousness. Candy heard the girl approach her and stand quietly at her side. She felt Nora tug at her hair, but she did not flinch nor give any sign of being awake.

"Darn," Nora exclaimed, "She's fainted. Well, that will give me a chance to change her bondage. Then I'll wake her up and continue our little game."

Candy felt the bonds fall from from her and sprang to life! She caught Nora completely by surprise and took good advantage of this. She pummeled the girl viciously and used every trick she knew. But it was not too easy, as Nora soon realized what was going on and retaliated with the fury of a trapped tigress. The two young women fought furiously and long. Punches were thrown with wild abandon.

Hair was pulled savagely and legs kicked. They rolled on the floor, a clawing and tearing heap of beautiful femininity. Finally Candy landed a solid blow and the battle ended — Nora lay quite still, dishevelled and helpless.

Candy's first thought was to escape. She picked up her clothes and started for the door. Then suddenly she stopped. Why should she leave? She held the upper hand now. Why not wait till Velma returned and question her a bit? Meanwhile, she could extract some vengeance from Nora for all the things she had done to her.

Candy smiled, dropped her clothes on the floor and returned to the still form of her erstwhile tormentor. Nora's clothing was in tatters. Candy picked the remnants from her body, stripping her to her under-things. She then dragged the unconscious girl to low table, and hoisted her up on it.

She laid her flat on her stomach and quickly bound her firmly to the smooth wood. She passed ropes around her shoulders and waist and down around the table. Satisfied that Nora was now helpless, Candy splashed a glass of water over her. Nora stirred and her eyes opened.

Nora stared about her and instinctively tried to rise. She then realized that she was bound and a look of fear entered her eyes.

Her fear grew when she saw Candy standing over her. Candy smiled and said: "So, now the tables are turned. You had your fun with me—now it is my turn. You don't happen to know where those papers are, do you? I told you the truth when I said I knew nothing about them. Now, what do you have to say?"

"Let me go," Nora shouted, "Velma will kill you for this — or I will. I don't know anything about those papers, that's why I was questioning you. Cut me loose, I tell you, and get out of here, that's your best chance."

"Not quite yet, honey," Candy laughed and replied. "I owe you something for what you did to me and I'm going to pay you. Of course, you do not have any information I want — but that doesn't mean I can't keep you entertained until Velma returns."

Candy then picked up the ball gag from the floor and dangled it before Nora's eyes. As Nora started to protest, Candy fitted the ball between her teeth and muffled all sound. She twisted the cords tightly until Nora squirmed and groaned pitifully, as the ball was forced further into her mouth.

The 64-page booklet presents 35 photographs of pretty models restrained by ropes tied to living room furniture. In most scenes, they wear bras, garter belts, panties, full-fashioned hosiery and high heels.

The ebook includes all booklet pages in the original sequence, including two pages of Wholesale Book Corporation advertising. Photographs with a horizontal orientation have been rotated to appear conveniently in the ebook. Some margins, walls and floors have been cropped out.

Brightness, contrast, and levels were adjusted, and shadows reduced. Many specks were retouched. The ebook iteration provides a visual experience that is superior to the old paper.
