Savage Sisters — short story

Both the typed text and illustrations look like they were appropriated from a Rosslyn News booklet. Plus, two pages of 1970s apartment wrestling photos.

New members of the stewardess association are required to participate in an initiation protocol. Similar to a sorority initiation, the ritual includes eggs in hair and paddling. Rhonda objects to Joan's paddle and pulls the wood plank out of her hand.

Without another word or threat, the two women went for hands full of hair and were within seconds off balance and flat on the floor. Over and over they rolled on the linoleum covered game room floor with neither gaining an apparent advantage, but with both doing plenty of damage. Knees and elbows got into the action as well as both fiery ladies tried to work herself atop her opponent and effect a pinning hold.

"If there's any more unusual rump blistering tonight, honey, it's your rump that's going to get it!" threatened Rhonda, quickly shifting her strategy from hair pulling to strangling headlock, thereby breaking Joan's hold on her hair as well.

"Do it and then talk about it, sister!" snapped Joan in reply as she landed a solid kidney punch to her tormentor. "I'm gonna ram that paddle somewhere real uncomfortable for you when I get through mopping up the linoleum with your cute body!"

"Well you do it and then talk about it to follow your own advice, sweetie:" Rhonda replied, as she gleefully gave her opponent a Herculean toss from the headlock position and sent her skidding across the floor and across the back of the sofa.

Rhonda rushed to follow up on her advantage, but was too late. The agile Joan managed to balance herself with her hands on the back of the sofa and meet the charging brunette with both feet vigorously thrust forward.

The Impact of her adversary's forward kick sent Rhonda staggering backward. Joan swiftly followed up with a smashing body block that sent the brunette in an even further backward stumbling motion and then flat to the linoleum looking like a tree felled by an ax.

The rest of the ladies of the Stewardesses Association stood back and watched in confusion and amazement. Nobody really seemed willinq to intervene. A few vocal protests were made, but most of these assembled felt that Joan had brought the attack on herself and that the prudent course of action mignt be simply to let the two female wildcats work the hostilities out of their systems.

Laying flat on her back now, Rhonda, apparently did a bit of bluffing. For as Joan sprung forward to fall atop her downed adversary with an intended body press, the brunette adroitly rolled out of the hay and allowed the angered redhead to simply fall on her face.

"Surprise, Red!" teased Rhonda, springing upward and now trying a new course of attack, by grabbing the prostrate redhead's right ankle and leaning back into something of a single Boston Crab hold. "Now, let's see you twist and groan a bit yourself!"

Twist and groan Joan did. In actual fact, to such a degree that Rhonda was unable to keep her hold intact, at least with enough force to really mete out any punishment over to her opponent.

"Well, we'll see if this manuever is in your self defense agenda."announced Rhonda now rising out of her sitting position atop her victim and converting the crab hold into a more easily manageable step over toe hold.

Joan continued to groan in protest of the painful pressure still exerted on her leg as Rhonda twisted the captive limb with all the pressure available to her. However, the brunette rather negligently forgot that her adversary had another leg that was still free. Violently Joan kicked with all the force she could muster in her left leg!

"Here's one from the manual, speaking of self defense," announced the frantic redhead as her wild kick found its mark squarely on the buttocks of her tormentor and followed through with a hard driving and pushing movement!

The hard contact of the kick against Rhonda's tender backside not only threw the brunette off balance, but shocked her into relinquishing her hold on her opponent's ankle as well. Like a blacksmith who had just been kicked by a recalcitrant horse while holding a hoof, Rhonda sprawled forward and hit the floor again. Both women scrabbled to their feet once more and were immediately entwined with mutual headlocks. . . .
