The premiere issue of this long-running British zine proclaims useful ideals that originate with WILL, the Committee for Women's International Liberation League.

W I L L is a world-wide organisation which aims to promote the superiority of women in all spheres of human activity.

For too long men have been in charge of events. In Governments, Politics, Business, Finance, even in the Home. And look what a tragic state the world is in at the present time!

It is time that women took a stronger hold on the tiller of world direction. Fortunately steps have already been taken in this direction. Several great nations are now led by women...and one cannot deny that they have made great improvements both in the manner of their approach to affairs and in the results thev have achieved.

W I L L is here to put across the message.

W I L L is here to put men in their proper place.

W I L L is here to inform and persuade.

The magazine consists of prose narratives about women who dominate men. Photographs or drawings accompany most of these, but the pictures tell — more than show — what the texts express.

Slave Husband

Gillian confides to Madge that husband Tom announced his masochist ambitions and now she rules the roost. When Madge visits, Ken licks her shoes clean, mixes martinis and prepares dinner.

After dinner, in the living room . . .

Gillian, who said she liked to relax after a meal, had taken off her most of her clothes. She invited Madge to do likewise and she, emboldened by rather too much wine, complied. Tom. coming in, was faced by two ravishing your women in a state of near nudity. His Mistress, he saw at once, had the cane in her hand.

"You must be aware by now, slave." said Gillian, "I cannot abide under-chilled wine."

"I beg pardon. Mistress..."

"So you should. Get your arse in the air, slave!"

Madge watched, quite fascinated, as Tom did as he was instructed. Here was the 'Big Boss' of a successful building company being truly humbled. Fascinating! "Higher..." she ordered. Tom thrust higher. Madge could see he was pale and sweating a bit. teeth clenched. This was definitely an ordeal... but an ordeal, it seemed, which he wanted.

Madge's heart was beginning to pound. She could scarcely believe she was about to thrash Tom, but Gillian with an understanding nod, had already handed her the cane. How hard should she hit him, she wondered? She was completely inexperienced at this kind of thing.

"Miss Madge is going to cane you, slave." Madge saw Tom give a quick shudder. Was that through fear or pleasure?" "Six strokes only, since the offence isn't all that serious. You will keep your backside square and you will thank Miss Madge after each stroke." Gillian nodded at her friend and Madge moved into position. She felt surprisingly nervous; yet was thrilling inside. This, if ever it could be said, was something completely different. For her anyway.

She raised the cane and brought it down across Tom's thrusting bottom. He didn't utter a sound and stayed exactly where he was. The reason for this became immediately obvious.

"Oh no...no darling!" said Gillian with a little laugh. "Nowhere near hard enough. We won't count that stroke. Really swing your arm. A slovenly slave deserves to feel pain."
