Some use the word perversion to describe something they don't approve of. For others, perversion provides a gateway to carnal delight. We might call it sexual deviation, eccentric preference or erotic permutation. Roger and Donna have settled into routine married life, but they keep dark secrets. His sister Madeline arrives without invitation, teenage daughter April in tow. Roger has illicit soirees with his secretary Linda, and during one, he meets her boyfriend, Frank.

Donna departs to pick up exotic punishment utensils for masochistic liaisons from a specialty store and a sidewalk hustler to use them to hurt her. Their bizarre commerce commences after she checks into a cheap hotel.

Above the sound of her whimpering cries, she heard the heavy breathing of the young man as he wielded the leather time and again on her bare, aching buttocks. She buried her face in the pillow to muffle her sobs.

She could have rolled off of the bed and escaped the punishment, but she had no intention of stopping the delirious sensations which jolted through her body every time the strap fell. No longer did she feel each individual blow, although she heard the loud smack every time the leather struck her buttocks. Her rump felt like a pulpy mass without shape and her skin burned constantly as though she had been stung by thousands of bees.

The loveliness of the pain was almost unbearable. Her breath came in heavy gasps of excitement. . . .

She ached to have him take her, brutally, with the same furious anger with which he was thrashing her. But she wanted to hold off until her sexual craving was like a raging inferno. She wanted it to be the most beautiful and violent love-making she had ever known.

With a piercing cry, Donna rolled over onto her back. Her eyes were staring, gleaming wildly. Her mouth was gaping as she uttered strange animal noises.

Sexy Madeline serves as demonic catalyst for the action in the story. Alone in the house with her daughter, the two beauties change into corsets, stockings, long gloves, and boots and spend the afternoon in incestuous sapphic thrall.

Alone with her uncle on Saturday, lovely young April seduces her vulnerable host. They almost go too far, but Madeline arrives.

Roger rushes to his bedroom, but sister persists and talks him into dressing in women's clothes, like they did when they were in their teens. In her room, he finds that her clothing fits a little better than Donna's. Then, Madeline whips her brother, rough treatment he can't resist, and demands body worship.

As shown on the cover, April uses her Roger for varied sexual services and equestrian exercise. On another downtown excursion, Donna engages with Bruno, a sadist who enjoys hurting women while wearing a leather costume. His equipment includes spikes and needles.

Madeline sees Donna's bruises and confronts her sister-in-law with under-blouse evidence. Startled by this exposure, Donna submits to Madeline's assault with riding crop.

The expert prose mixes sadist and masochist characters with fetish elements and the paraphernalia of punishment. Some characters assume both dominant and submissive roles. The author reveals sensations and emotions, including lust, embarrassment and shame.

The text was edited in a few places, but the original vocabulary and sentence meter was retained. About 40000 words.

Ten illustrations by the Great Bill Ward illuminate the narrative. His voluptuous sensualists are usually pictured in long gloves, corsets, nylons and high heels.

Tonality of images was adjusted in pursuit of clarity. Illustrations were optimized on 40 pages, disclosing virtual enlargements of figure features, fetish details, and grand female silhouettes.
