A series of booklets, Torture Manor presents a glamorous cast of characters who deliver or receive punishment at Lady Domineer's notorious establishment. All three installments in the franchise include Lady D, Babette the maid, and Shakner, a big man who enjoys getting ordered to whip, bind and carry.
In each published episode, we meet clients who knock on the heavy wood door seeking the sensational pain or were sent there by a father or husband for training or revenge. Most of these are women in high heels, who conform to Mr. Ward's voluptuous ideal.
A few years ago, we included the first excursion Torture Manor — in product SKU #366. That publication consisted of about 30 comic panels, some with dialog balloons. The two booklets that served as source material for this product each consist of about 16 pictures and an equal number of prose pages.
The Taming of the Duchess
As in other episodes, opening action begins with Babette getting spanked for some minor error. She loves the pain and asks for more.
Shakner reports for duty to bind Babette with rope and hang her in the closet. Lady Domineer spanks him for a trespass, which he doesn't enjoy.
The Duchess of Markey arrives to receive punishment her husband demands because of her dalliance with the gardener. Lady Domineer uses a riding crop on her bottom. Shakner spread-eagles her to a four-poster bed and continues with a hair brush.
When the Duke of Markey shows up unexpectedly and sees the wounds on his wife's beautiful body, he is contrite. His angry spouse commands Shakner to bind her husband on the bed and she pounces on his back wearing high heels. In the dungeon, the Duchess gives him a serious whipping.
Possibly written by Mr. Ward, the prose provides copious details about feelings, thoughts, sensations, bondage schemes and fetish attire. When Lady Domineer orders Shakner to shackle the Duchess to the bed . . . .
. . . . He proceeded to shackle her arms and legs to steel bands that were attached by ropes to small windlasses on the four posts.
The two torture specialists stood at the foot of the bed and began to turn the wooden handles. The terrified girl’s arms and legs began to splay, and when they had reached their limit, she began to rise from the bed as the ropes tightened and tightened till she was hung suspended above the sheets. . . . scream after scream reverberated through the ancient stone mansion.
“Lock your windlass and use the heavy silver hairbrush Shackner,” Lady Domineer exclaimed excitedly, her vast bust heaving from her increased breathing as she was caught up in the throes of flagellant passion.
“Yes Milady,” Shakner snarled as he took a long-handled silver hairbrush with a raised design on its back from the dressing table.
Lady Domineer tugged the screaming girl’s diaphanous white panties down to the middle of her thighs as Shakner approached. The ravishing blonde Duchess made quite a bizarre picture indeed, hanging suspended above the bed, her dress, garter belt and bra bunched around her midsection. . . .
Shakner growled like a dog and raised the heavy silver brush high overhead and brought it smashing down on a lacerated cheek. . . .

Mr. Ward's ornate ink illustrations show grand female figures in panties, high heels, long gloves, hosiery and lacy lingerie. His skillful renderings show the drape of fabric, the gleam of leather and the bulge of firm flesh between turns of tight rope.
Pictures show scenes in the story. To accomplish alignment of images and text in the ebook, the lettering is set large, causing it to fill more pages. Text blocks vary in size from page to page. Some pages contain only a picture, some only text, some both.
Action and tasty fetish features of 16 dynamic images by the Great Bill Ward are repeated, enlarged, on separate pages. These virtual enlargements are placed near text that describes them. The ebook shows pictures on more than 60 optimized pages, providing a unique visual experience that reduces the need for zooming and scrolling.
Brightness, contrast and levels were adjusted. In the ebook, Mr. Ward's sensuous art is easy to see and enjoy.

More Tales of Torture Manor
As in other installments, this volume begins with Babette getting a welcome spanking. The featured client is young Lord Lushbottom. Slender and fair, Lady Domineer decides he should wear female clothing
The statuesque mistress of Torture Manor went to her bureau and took out a wispy pair of black nylon panties from one of the two top drawers and handed it to the startled lad. “Go into my dressing room over there and remove all of your clothing and put these panties on.”
. . . the young Lord took the offered panties in shaking fingers and entered the dressing room. Lady Domineer took out a pair of long black kid gloves and moments later Babette entered the bedroom with an armload of wispy black clothing.
Then the door to the dressing room opened and both women gasped at the vision of the slender, white-skinned youth, an overstuffed pair of black panties clinging to his hips. Lady Domineer began to pull a kid glove up over his arm as Babette slipped an exciting black lace waist cincher about his waist and hooked it in place. Several slender garter straps hung down from its bottom edge, caressing his hairless, creamy thighs. Then Babette kneeled before him and grasped one of his legs, placing it in her lap. She took a wispy black stocking and slipped his foot into the open end, sliding it upwards in what couldn’t be considered anything other than a caressing motion. . . .
Dressed in his feminine persona, pretty Lord Lushbottom soon gets spanked by Babette. In the dungeon, he's bound in ropes.
