Magazines that provide source material for ebooks and this anthology may contain advertising, specious essays, letters from readers, short fiction and pages of personal ads. Many of the ebooks on this site consist of complete replicas that include every page in an issue. We've done that at least 100 times, capturing the total editorial content of individual magazines: pictorials (the primary purpose and appeal) and ancillary pages.

Subordinates, Volume 5, omits personal ads, wanna-be expositive prose, letters, fiction, and advertising and delivers a flavorful filet of fetish. We sometimes receive a magazine that contains only one or two quality pictorials, and a digital replica of the complete publication would be inappropriate for our catalog. Occasionally, magazines arrive incomplete or damaged but have pages that could be included in an anthology.

Photographs show dominant women and the men with whom they toy. Long-legged beauties use assorted punishment utensils and cuffs to hurt men for fun and justice, but mostly for sadistic fun.

Photos were derived from magazines named Women in Command, Lady Domina, Bizarre Fantasies, Beautiful & Dominant, Demanding Mistress, Dominas Without Mercy, Exotic Life, and others. Jennifer Jordan appears in one pictorial.

Each photo set is introduced by the title that's shown in its magazine. Covers of source publications appear at the end of the ebook.

In some sets, a few pictures of the aggressive diva in fetish regalia precede photo tableaux that show women dominating men. Some of the men are dressed as women. Often, two women collaborate to humiliate the male captive. Many situations show body, boot and shoe worship. In one set, Jamie Gillis' misbehavior introduces the pretext for the multi-layered retribution he endures at the hands of two beauties in boots.

Men are bound with chains, cuffs and rope and the occasional gag or blindfold. Mean women enclose necks in leather collars, attach leashes and cover heads in leather helmets.

Vicious beauties wear shoes and boots with four-, five- and six-inch heels. Some dress in leather, others in rubber. Corsets and garter belts hold nylons in place. Many wear gloves.

Angry vixens express themselves with crops, cats, spankers, and long whips. They poke the flesh of helpless males with spike heels and demand body worship. One sequence features a cigarette.

The optimized ebook excises all blurb text and sequences photos in pursuit of narrative and costume continuity, as content permits.

The wide page format is intended to reduce the need for zooming and scrolling. Appealing fetish features are repeated, enlarged, beside the complete photograph or on the following page. Most pictures fill optimized ebook pages from top to bottom. This presentation technique presents images with clarity when viewed at full-size.

A subordinate is subject to the authority or control of another. The sub- prefix means situated under or beneath, in location or rank. In nearly every picture, the head of the tormented male appears closer to the bottom edge than the sexy face of the taunting bitch. In some scenes, she rides or sits on her plaything. In those tableaux that show a male upright, with head above his superiors, he's bound and/or gagged.

At a time in history when the notion of gender equality was an incendiary idea, these picture stories offered one vision, albeit a masculine one, of a radical world order. (Were it a female vision, women would likely wear comfortable clothes and sensible shoes.) In the reversed paradigm, women frame living room agendas and men suddenly learn about broadloom texture from forced proximity.

In this collection, photo-fiction depicts males as subject to the vicious whims of alluring sadists. They enjoy domination and punishment games while dressed in sexy foundation garments, hosiery and high
heels.

With moods that morph from solemn to angry to festive, these shapely tyrants enjoy exercise of power, infliction of pain and subjugation of men. Their household mayhem renders ritualized masochist fantasy with strong fetish elements. The ebook presents these vintage femdom images with convenience and clarity.
