The peculiar casino of the title combined the compulsive appetites of gamblers with the rough obsessions of sadists. Cruelta and Karl collaborated on elaborate machinery, harnessing 500 pieces of human “equipment” that were stimulated by bettors. Contestants fiddled with games of chance to induce battered staff toward orgasm within allotted times.

The back cover provides this summary:

As in horse races, galloping competitors were urged toward speed with whips. In the bowling alley, the target wasn't upright pins but erect penises. One-armed bandits spun captives, not wheels with pictures of lemons and cherries.

Turned by an electric motor, the huge roulette wheel contained 24 lovely bodies, male and female. The winning player picked the first body — or gender, at reduced odds — to have an orgasm from contact with teasing rubber balls.

Near the end of the book, Karl has his minions fit Cruelta into a tight corset, leather helmet and platform thigh boots. Slender chains connect her limbs to a contraption that forces her to be his remote-controlled marionette. Then, she's forced to endure prolonged pleasure from lips and tongues.

Mr. Bedford's text describes complex gaming devices with precision. He details costumes, punishment mechanisms and torment.

The text was re-set for the ebook iteration. Some long sentences and paragraphs were divided in two. Some capitalization and punctuation were changed. The prose retains the meter and vocabulary of the original. 43000 words.

Twelve illustrations by the Great Bill Ward illuminate the story with close alignment of images and narrative. Image brightness and contrast were adjusted. Most drawings depict incidents in the story, and display the grand female figures of sexy characters in garter belts, nylons, gloves, and high heels. Several pictures show male characters wearing black rubber sheaths on erect penises, held in the hands of dominators.

Tasty fetish features of these voluptuous illustrations are repeated, enlarged, on separate pages. The intent of these virtual enlargements is to reduce the need for zooming and scrolling.
