A booklet of about 60 pages. Exotique Island mixes a typed narrative with photographs of women in fetish attire. We could call it fetsploitation, an oft-visited idiom in Mr. Burtman's publishing oevre.

Dressed in “dungarees” and high-heeled pumps, Carol visits an island and stumbles upon a suitcase filled with feminine apparel. In the hush of her forest primeval, she dons lacy strapless bra and attaches full-fashioned stockings to a well-tightened satin corset. In some pictures, she smiles and presents her precious discoveries to the camera.

Next, she wrapped the red satin corset around her trim waist and began to draw the strings tighter and tighter. It would be wonderful, she thought, if only she could manage to bring the back together so that the corset could compress her waist into the tiny, wasp-waist dimensions it was designed for.

As the laces began to grow tighter, Carol could feel her breath becoming more labored. She took short, deep breaths in an effort to get enough air into her lungs. Finally, with one last tug, she accomplished her goal. Quickly, she knotted the loose ties. She could hardly believe it when she placed her hands around her waist. It felt so firm and yet so compact. Surely this was the way women were intended to be.

Now that the corset was on, Carol again sat down on the grass and began to draw a pair of filmy black stockings up over her sensuous limbs. Immediately, they were transformed into twin tapering things of beauty. She had never before imagined that a mere pair of stockings could make such a difference, but now she knew. . . .

We see her lacing up shiny, knee-high boots with five-inch heels. Then, she gets into a long skirt, blouse and gloves.

As she poses in the woods, another woman approaches. The intruder wears a long dress and thigh-high boots. Soon the two beauties are wrestling on the grass and Carol gets her blouse torn off.

When both are stripped down to corsets and boots, we're treated to some kicking, punching and hair-pulling. But the two girls shake hands in the end.
