While the House of Milan publishing enterprise is most often remembered for its bondage magazines and videos, they also produced a number of femdom titles, such as Mistress Quarterly, Aggressive Women, Femme Fatale, Whipmistress, Bitch, The Dominant Life, Super Bitch and Dominique. Dated 1971, the second issue of Dominique must have been among the earliest HOM publications.

The German Touch — Dominique of the Month

With her tightly-compressed 36-inch bust lashing at our noses, Margo Braun is no girl to fool with. She flew into our Los Angeles offices all the way from her daddy's estate outside Munich, West Germany. "I want to be in your magazine," demanded Margo. She walked inside our photography studio, threw aside her black satin cape and told our photographer just exactly what she wanted to be taken of herself. "I like art and the arts," she wryly smiled at us and added: "and as well your magazine, DOMINIQUE." Margo teaches her arts from father's castle.

"I am a rigid disciplinarian," she told us as she curved and contorted her fine figure for the cameramen. A younger member of the lighting staff reached one arm toward her to position her, but before his fingers touched Margo's flesh a resounding slap stopped him cold. The German dominatrix glared, the black paddleboard in hand, and poor little Andy stood behind his lights, rubbing the reddening arm. We were equally well touched by Lady Margo Braun, our DOMINIQUE of the month.

A New Collection of Sketches

Illustrations by Jon Dek, Richards, and couple of early works by Robert Bishop. Tableaux mostly show women domination men and women.

The Gunpoint Ravisher

Miles picks up Sheri at a bar and brings her to a dungeon. But Sheri brings him to his knees. On 12 pages, photographs depict her and another woman whipping, riding and binding him. Cut-out bra, studded waist-cincher, garter belt, sheer stockings, gloves and short boots show her svelte figure to good advantage. Surprise ending.

Fit To Be Tied

A slender blond in high heels shows off long legs in stockings. The last page of the set shows a progression that laces and buckles the beauty in an all-encompassing leather cocoon.

The Gay Dominator

For the most part, psychologists and noted authorities have placed domination, etc., in the category of male-female duets. However, anyone in the cities that knows what's really happening can dismiss these pseudo-maschos and see they're faking it. The need for discipline is there, regardless of the gender of the couple. Don and Bobby know discipline as more of a universal for ANY gender grouping.

The Play Rape Game

Harriet and Martin play opposing roles in a drama that spices their marriage. He enters their bedroom with a mask on his head, pretending he's a rapist. But shapely Harriet overcomes his aggression and disciplines him with spanking, riding, rope bondage, and poking him with her boot heel.

The ebook includes all content of the 64-page magazine, including retail advertising and personal ads. The digital replica retains the page sequence of the magazine. The centerfold appears rotated on two pages in the center of ebook, followed by an assembled view.

Brightness, contrast and levels were adjusted and shadows reduced. Except for a few snapshots accompanying personal ads, the photography is good. Image editing improves on the clarity of the original.

Office Discipline

The Office Discipline ebook was added to product #401422 after it was first offered for sale online. A booklet of about 20 pages, the original shows one photograph on every page. A sentence of dialog accompanies most of them.

Pictures tell a story of a young man who enters an office setting, populated by women. He's chastised for well-known misconduct.

He positions himself across the lap of the first woman who speaks to him. She pulls down his underpants and spanks him with a small hairbrush. Then, he's spanked by his boss.

The piece was printed on rough textured paper, which impairs the sharpness of photographs. Due to the qualities involved, we don't want to sell this item. It's added here because it matches the femdom theme of Dominique.

There's no date on the booklet, which may have been produced as late as 1995. It's a case where everything needed to produce a good photo set was assembled in front of a camera, but printing budget, available equipment and focus subverted the effort. Or maybe it's exactly what the auteur had in mind when he or she began.

Brightness, contrast and levels were adjusted and shadows reduced. Empty margins were excised. Despite defects, the clarity of ebook images improves on the original.
