With comprehensive knowledge and confidence, Mistress Countess Anne shares events from her life as professional dominatrix. Compared to the first three parts of Bizarre Diary, her breezy prose flows without much of the phony-sounding imperiousness that upholsters too many femdom narratives. The word relax appears at least 20 times in the text.

The first three chapters were derived from audio tapes of B & D sessions conducted by Countess Anne. As prose, the rhythm has a stream-of-consciousness quality, but takes the form of a continuity of instructions and explanations for clients. The language could easily be converted as role-play monologue for lovers who might want to experiment with female domination as an aspect of their relationship.

For example:

Take a look at this heel, slave. Look how thin that heel is. Can you imagine what it could do to you? It could go right through your body and touch the floor. Oh, these heels could make a nice little hole from your toes all the way up to your neck. Even on your face. Now wouldn’t that be unique? A little hole in your face.

Ohhhh, these heels just love to step on nipples, too. In fact, I think that would be quite nice to have a hole where a nipple should be. Of course you can imagine what these heels could do to that cock and those balls. Ohhhh, especially the balls. They’re the most fun to step on. And they also love to kick. Another surprise arrives in Chapter Eight, which consists of a short story within the diary. Three characters, none of which are Countess Anne, customize an approach to unique household governance that seems to suit those involved. Countess Anne learns of the progress of these characters through a series of letters.

A wife invites a lesbian lover to live with her and her husband. With some sensual finesse, the husband learns the pleasures of bondage and denial as he watches his wife in sapphic embrace with her lovely paramour.

Countess Anne summarizes the last letter, the first from the husband —

It was truly a delightful letter as he expounded on the virtues of his two mistresses and the bittersweet joys of being their slave. His life is now filled with thoughts on how he can make their lives more fulfilling and in turn his own life becomes enriched.

He is no longer wasting his male energies on the search and conquer syndrome in which most males get involved. He is wanted and needed by these two gorgeous ladies and is no longer in need to boost his male ego with countless conquests.

Under the guidance of the two mistresses, his energies are flowing constructively and creatively as he has accepted his slave role.

Other chapters present more routine episodes of slave abuse, including their use as ashtray and toilet.

I pulled my slave up by the hair so he was kneeling erect. His face was even with my breasts. I began the slow, stinging caress of his body with my luscious leather whip. He knelt very still, his breath came in gasps as the sleek whip bit into his flesh. I pressed my breasts against his face and his warm, almost sobbing breath caused my nipples to harden and grow as I exhilarated in whipping him, whipping him without mercy, whipping him with all the force of my erotic nature.

Except for some spelling corrections, few changes were made to the first-person prose. The text was re-set for the ebook. 48,000 words.

The book has 10 photographs. Brightness and contrast were adjusted. Although more clear in the ebook than in the paperback, some were poorly exposed.

The magazine contains no publisher statement nor do the words Countess Anne appear. It's clear that the beauty in bra, corset, stockings, heels and odd sunglasses matches the character known a Countess Anne. And, as shown in the photographs, she behaves as Countess would.

They tease him and hurt him with hair brush and clothespins. Veronica straps on a strap-on and shoves it into his mouth.

The ebook contains all content of the 48-page magazine, including two pages of advertising, in the original sequence. Some margins and borders have been cropped out.
