Photos of attractive models in exotic leather and high heels accompany the lengthy prose. Many pictures were parts of photo sets intended for early 1980s magazines. Some of the images from those sets were used as source materials for other ebooks.

After dismissing encounters with a professional dominatrix as brief and expensive, the page-2 editorial defines the male masochist's ideal:

The perfect arrangement, dreamt of endlessly by every submissive male, can only arise naturally, within the household of his dominant female mate. To be controlled by the severe, but caring hand of a demanding partner who is exclusively his, is the ultimate fantasy of each would-be male slave.

It's natural to ask why some men develop these unusual ideas. The writer has confidence in this explanation:

In adulthood, the male tends to seek out women who possess the same qualities of his mother. The duality of conflict between mother image women and the exciting sexual women has remained a source of drama and frustration for millions of men throughout their adult lives. It is from this conflict that the worship and fascination with wicked women in modern society arises.

The love of wicked women arises from a basic Freudian principle. That being that the male never resolves the conflict between his mother's love and the love of women during adulthood. The reason for this conflict centers around the mother's denial of the male's sexuality, her early training in which she forbids him to play with his penis, or to experiment with little girls. Her love is
interconnected with that training, and the male knows that to violate the sexually repressive edicts of his mother is to lose her love.

However, when the male reaches puberty and finds himself thrashing beneath the powerful sexual urges of his oncoming maturity, he literally has no choice but to rebel against his mother. With subtle encouragement from his father, the male reacts against his mother's earlier warnings and seeks release on his own. It is then that he breaks the proverbial apron strings; but at the same time he establishes a sense of guilt within himself.

The healthy male will move ahead and seek the love and compassion of a warm, sexual woman and resolve his conflict. But a great number of men fall short of that success. They find themselves caught between the guilt towards their mother and the powerful forces of their own sexuality. Thus, they seek out women who will perform the dual function of satisfying them sexually while at the same time punishing them for their sin against their mothers. The dominatrix performs this role.

The ebook contains all content of the 48-page magazine, including advertising, in the original page sequence. Some walls, carpets and margins were cropped out to obtain a more convenient file size. A few page layouts were modified, removing empty spaces.
