The page-3 editorial speculates:

Perhaps the reason that rubber is preferred as a body covering by sensual women is that such women are unique in that their entire bodies respond as sexually sensitized units. For many women, their sources of pleasurable sensations are localized in the genitalia and breasts, but a rubber lover goes beyond that and treats the entire body to pleasurable sensations. There is no denying the flattering look of rubber garments, which is of no small interest to most women, nor can one deny the electric effect such outfits have on the male lucky enough to catch a glimpse of a full-bodied woman encased in latex. Herein are presented women from around the world and from all walks of life, at their best, in rubber.

Claudia and Victor

Both pose in multiple costumes. Claudia wears rubber stockings, garter belt, gloves, panties, bra, dress and helmet. Victor worships Claudia in and out of rubber leotard, pants and full head mask. Their pictures fill about half of the magazine.
