Although page two offers a complete, accurate table of contents with photos, the space at the bottom — where the publisher's statement usually appears — is empty. The quality, substance and content of this 48-page magazine compare with those produced by Holly, Jennifer Jordan, Parliament and Hudson.
Although it's fictitious, the blurb on page 15 may contain a clue to origins —

The motif pursues dominating transsexuals (or she-male dominatrixes). All a photographer need do to transform a woman or she-male into a dominatrix is dress the model in shiny fetish regalia and put a whip in her hand. In two of Rough TV's pictorials, a man is punished and humiliated, leaving little ambiguity about the meaning of the word rough.
Dangerous Donna

The mouth of a slave is intended for sucking cock. . . . ” Dolled up in studded collar, six-strap garter belt, stockings and thigh-high boots. The dramatic tableaux in this set form iconic imagery that define relationships with precision. The male model's erection angles irony into his hectic and demeaning circumstances.

The digital replica contains all content of the magazine including ads plus additional content from another magazine. Original page sequence is otherwise retained, but a few layouts were revised.
Brightness and contrast were adjusted and unpleasant shadows reduced. Empty margins and some borders were cropped out. A few pages were rotated to align them with page edges.
