The premiere issue of Mistress Quarterly exposes the fierce charm of Mistress Karen of El Paso and all of her feminine allure. In the opening editorial, the magazine distinguishes itself from others in the H.O.M. stable in that it shows real people — real mistresses, real dominatrixes, real slaves, no models.


While 21-year-old Mistress Karen surely exceeds any criteria that might qualify a woman to work as a pinup model, she might not consider that praise. Unlike the cheesecake cuties of pinup magazines, Mistress Karen gives us intimate access to every bit of her loveliness, except her smile.


In the first few pages, she poses in long leather gloves, lacy waist cincher, stockings and shiny red boots with six-inch heels.
