#649 - Fetish Mayhem Gene Bilbrew Anthology
Fetish Mayhem, Volume 1, Second Edition,
an original, 250-page anthology
of illustrations and short comics
by Gene Bilbrew,
digital replica
The late Mr. Bilbrew was one of the most prolific and vivid fetish artists of the past century. He illustrated the most Exotique magazine covers from 1955 to 1959 and provided much of its graphic content. He used several names to sign his work, including J. Bondy, Van Rod, Gilbert, Eneg-O, and Eneg.
Fetish Mayhem, Volume 1, is an anthology of Gene Bilbrew's comic art for the small page. I have been accumulating these materials over many years and some of Mr. Bilbrew's last work was not nearly as good as his product from the 1960's. This volume collects what I believe to be some of Eneg's best pen work. Most of his four page stories were created in the 1960's. The ebook also includes two lesbian-themed strips and three installments of the Beneath Her Boot serial, both from the early 1970's.
Comic strip/serial stories include —
The Fighters
Boots and Battle
Booze Battle
Blondetta in Battlin' Blonde
Kitti Kane - Decoy
Lydia
La Able Amazon
Mountain Gal
Over the Wall
The Rags and Riches Rumble
Strip Poker
Battle Blonde
Bedlam in the Boudoir

The first 140 pages of this collection consists of original scans. I positioned each comic page on a separate, digest-sized ebook page to simulate the proportions — and viewing experience — of the original material. The 80+ pages of the Appendix consist of images obtained from other sources. These are comic stories such as The Passion Pit and Rumpus Room plus an assortment of individual illustrations.
The ebook is more than 250 pages, including assorted Bilbrew drawings of fantasy fetish fashions both as isolated items and modeled by his sexy female characters. The collection reflects many of Eneg's favorite themes: fighting women, dominant femininity, transvestitism, fetishism, lesbianism.
I am not aware of a Bilbrew anthology that contains more pages than this volume.
