The co-ordination of illustrations and prose suggests that both were created by the great Mr. Ward. One of the most productive illustrators of the 20th century, his fluid lines delineate voluptuous beauties, most of whom wear high-heeled boots, sheer stockings and figure-shaping corsets that hold them in place.

As headmistress of the Morvant School for Undisciplined Girls, beautiful Madeline Morvant orchestrates continuous opportunities to satisfy her huge appetites for pleasure and infliction of pain. With unlimited access to lovely students, teaching staff, other school personnel and parents, malevolent Madeline twists her days into orgies of brutal self-indulgence. As many of her targets are masochists or sensualists, few complaints interrupt their moans of pleasure.

As shown in illustrations and described in the text, all female characters dress in sexy fetish attire, including stockings, high heels, long gloves and corsets. In one scene, Madeline dresses a young man as a maid. Punishment utensils include quirt, whip, crop, and spiked paddle. Then, the relentless sadist gets out her power tools.

The text says —

As with almost every other activity at the school, the [faculty] meetings abounded with sadism and masochism, combined with flagrant, unhindered sex. There was only one rule that the headmistress placed on these meetings, the teachers weren't allowed to bring the same man twice. . . . She spotted an Adonis of a man . . . Mable Harrison, the math teacher, a curvaceous brunette clad in a shining black leather corset that drew her waist in to breathtaking proportions, opera-length black leather gloves, and gossamer black hose, stood over him, his mouth glued to her . . . .

The original publication had the construction and dimensions of a full-sized magazine. The layout alternated text on even-numbered pages with pictures on odd-numbered and the full-sized ebook does the opposite.
