The booklet contains one short story, The Luck of a Salesman, and four illustrations. Construction follows that of Exotique volumes — 64 pages, glossy color cover, saddle stitched.
The narrative tells of the misadventures of Larch, a traveling salesman who stops his car on a rainy night to pick up sexy Norma. He drives her to a large house where he meets her maid, Yvette.
Through subterfuge, he becomes their captive and winds up in a cell. He's secured in bondage and whipped after a failed escape attempt.
Their scheme transforms him into a woman. The text provides copious details about women's undies, foundation garments, hosiery and footwear. His intense training regimen includes hormone injections.
Although written in the third person, the narrative exposes events from Larch's point of view. In the end, it's clear that the femalization program succeeded.
The booklet contains four drawings, two by Eric Stanton plus his cover painting. Both pictures relate to scenes in the text and were placed near prose that describes them. Tonality was adjusted to bring out details.
At the time this booklet was published, Mr. Stanton may have been an employee of Mr. Burtman. Eric Stanton's name appears as Art Director on title pages of contemporaneous Selbee-related periodicals.
Two line drawings, probably by Gene Bilbrew, depict a corset and a boot.

Torrid Zone
Shirley picks up Don in a bar on his first night in New York City. They taxi to her Park-Avenue apartment, where she gets him drunk. In the morning, he learns that she incinerated his suit. After taking his measurements, Shirley locks him in and leaves to buy clothes.
His new wardrobe consists of corset, nylons, panties and bra, which he has enjoyed wearing for years in secret. The prose details the dressing process, and Don's education in such matters. Shirley applies cosmetics and wig.
Shirley brings Don (as Donna) to a party, dressed en femme. Donna meets Derek, who's attracted by her perfumed glamour. Donna allows Derek a goodnight kiss.
Back in the apartment with Shirley, kissing and fondling ensues. Exploration leads Donna to a surprising revelation from her pretty new friend.
The booklet contains three pencil illustrations by Eric Stanton, one of which is the cover painting in monochrome. Tonality was adjusted to expose details.
