In 1978, Countess Anne says that she's 25-years-old. “I am a dominant woman: a Mistress; a sexual sadist. I get my kicks from controlling, disciplining, and humiliating those who submit to me.”

She begins the third volume in the series with an introduction:

“I have already related my personal experiences in B&D in the last two books. They have been mostly about my single male "clients" and couples. I feel that at this point the reader will be able to appreciate some of my more intimate encounters. By this I mean to tell you of sessions I have had that go beyond a professional basis. I only have a few slaves that would fall into this category. They are very special people indeed. When they visit it is not for a three or four hour session. They also come to me with the understanding that I have a free reign with them.

“I find that there is more enjoyment for me in this particular kind of relationship. For these people take my sexual preference very seriously. It is more than a game or a two hour session with them. It has become a big part, if not complete of their way of life. They are intelligent people and are responsible in their business life.

“I have a gardener, a TV maid, a bathroom cleaner and, of course, my favorite and number one slave, Latrina, (her husband?) whose main talent is that of gourmet cook. I am going to introduce you to these more personal slaves of mine. You will also get an idea of my lifestyle and the way in which I handle these different personalities. Perhaps you will understand why they worship the very ground that I walk upon. It took them a long time to find themselves at my feet. They traveled many roads and lost many dreams along the way. But they have found me and I am now their complete Master.”

She introduces herself to a new submissive: “You’re only a body to me, Hans,” I seductively said to him as my boot heel caressed his hard cock. “I have no feelings for you other than to use you and excite myself by your suffering.”

She has one of her visitors dress as a TV maid. The costume includes a bra lined with tacks.

Her focus concerns hurting those who volunteer to submit to her cruel, demeaning whims. Many rituals involve boots and whips, but she also uses medical equipment.

Her competent, first-person prose provides vivid details of the bizarre activities that please her. She demonstrates insight into her own feelings and sensations as well as those of her eager devotees. She announces her enjoyment of punishment rituals with those who choose submit to her, and insists that each experience results in sexual pleasure for herself. In many scenarios, she demands body worship.

The text was scanned separately from the pictures and re-set for the ebook version. Except for spelling corrections, few changes were made to the prose. 54,000 words.

The paperback book contains 12 photographs. As the paper is old and rough, the pictures appear grainy in the ebook, despite the application of multiple image-editing tools and filters. The prose doesn't describe the scene in every picture.
