Transsexual Trixie hitches a ride with a dangerous stranger. He takes her to his house, threatens, binds and gags her.

Stripped down to waist-cincher, nylons, panties and high-heeled sandals, he ties Trixie's wrists and ankles with rope and silences her with duct tape.

She dresses up in nylons, heels and a red dress, but seems a bit shy about exposing the part of her that contradicts her female presence. A color centerfold photo shows her nude in the pool.

Titled Show Girl's Diary, the remainder of the volume exposes a cheerful miss who demonstrates her transformation process. Although characterized as a an entertainer, the model isn't named nor is she shown in performance costume or on stage.

She applies cosmetics and dons a lace-trimmed waist-cincher. At home, she poses in hosiery, heels and nice lingerie.
