The page-3 editorial says, “ . . . for a large number of women, the wearing of high heeled shoes does symbolize a desire to rule over their men. . . . The feeling of power enjoyed by a woman wearing high heeled shoes may be traced to a recent history where the length of spiked heels denoted a woman's position of wealth and power within the community . . . . in today's sexual arena, it exists as a symbol of power which the female holds, or hopes to possess, over her male.”

The magazine has no fiction or illustrations. It presents photographs in four sets.

Monique — Parisian Bitch
Of course, Monique is French. She stands beside a sign written in French, holds chain made of plastic, and the same narrow elastic material comprises both her garter belt's waistband and straps. She poses in studded leather collar, black nylons and two-tone thigh-high boots, exposing her fleshly female credentials. She wants us to know she has a handy whipping device – a knotty rope that swivels at the end of stiff handle, similar to the whip used in Luis Buñuel's 1969 The Milky Way, which was filmed in France. Too much make-up completes her haughty countenance.

Celeste — The Lure of Leather
This photo set dates from the late 1960s, recycled here, and she still looks good. She dresses herself in gartered stockings, knee-high boots and studded leather accessories.

Meeting his Master
Mike likes to work out at the gym, but Serena ignores his masculine appeal because, “She loves to torture him, to tease his cock, and flash her naked beauty at his enslaved eyes.” Serena holds a leather spanker and demands that Mike lick her heels, then her boots. She gags him, attaches collar and leash, installs cuffs around his wrists and ankles, rides his back and handles his manhood.

In a silvery bustier with garter straps, Serena fingers what makes her the lady of the house. She shows off feminine curves in dark hosiery and strappy sandals.

Except for the French set, photography was done in studio with good lighting, paraphernalia, coiffure, cosmetics and costumes. Image editing adjusts brightness and contrast and reduces shadows. Many specks were re-touched.

While referencing the title of Mr. Burtman's 1960s feature film, one of his favorite themes, (and recycling one of his photo sets) the publication realizes femdom imagery on its pages. The magazine transposed nicely to ebook form and preserves dominant pulchritude in the century following its creation.
