This ambitious magazine exploits new latitude for nudity won in American courts after 1960s litigation. Interest in spanking seems to coincide with buttocks fascination, and pictures show sweet cheeks and sultry regions between. Some tableaux suggest sex by proximity.

In most photo sets, spankers are young males who accomplish their goals with hair brush, ruler, newspaper and belt. Palms also smack and photographs often positions imminent swatters in the foreground. Despite the visibility of skin, none of it shows color from impact.

Spanking Sorority shows girl/girl spankings collected from multiple photo shoots. Narrative text seems to describe another set of pictures.

In the Emotional Dependency of Spanking, Mary participates in a spanking party at Betsy's house while her parents are out of town. Couched as a case history, the narrative mostly consists of Mary's dialog about events, feelings, underwear and unexpected rituals of that painful night.

Kenneth Harding's short story, The Frigid Wife & Pain, describes a young couple's experiment with boudoir chastisement. Inspired by a book he read, John spanks Myrtle one night after she loses $200 playing bridge. The new ingredient improves their conjugal fun.

A comic story by REX, Lesson for a Blonde shows what happens when an indignant brunette visits her neighbor to complain about excessive noise from her stereo. Hairbrush, paddle, belt and palm express neighborly outrage at the blond's ample bottom.

A few cartoons appear on other pages as filler, a couple by Mr. Bilbrew.

The ebook presents all content of the 64-page magazine in the sequence of the original, including one page of advertising. Contrast and brightness were adjusted and shadows reduced.

Preceding Spanker's Delight by at least 10 years, Spanking Diary could well have been titled Panty Parade.

When spanking is the subject, buttocks are the object. Here, all bottoms are sheathed in tight panties, some lacy. Spanker and spankee models usually wear bra, panties, garter belt, RHT nylons and pumps.

Pictures begin with two beauties wrestling on top of a bed. Spanking is accomplished with palm, paddle, hair brush, and long-handled bath brush. It's all pretend. None of these staged sequences result in flesh tone changes.

Accompanying text appears in the form of diary entries, with dates. The writer sells cosmetics and lingerie during home visits. All the women to whom she demonstrates her merchandise spank her, sometimes two on one.

Including covers, Spanking Diary consists of 36 pages. Some pages show two pictures. In the ebook, each picture occupies a separate page.

The digital replica includes all content of the booklet in the original sequence, including advertising. [One half-page photo is repeated in the booklet and the ebook.] Although no information is provided about Golden Arrow Press, ads for magazines in Cleveland, Ohio, suggest connection to Reuben Sturman's massive publishing enterprise.
