Goldstripe Connoisseur Series volumes apparently continued the design of Selbee Connoisseur Series booklets. Most are fiction told in pictures and sometimes pictures and prose.
Each in this product has a long short story, illustrated with 16 pictures by Bill Ward. Except for glossy covers, booklets consist of about 60 monochrome pages, with stories divided into chapters.
Sex serves as catalyst for the interaction of excited characters in these tales, with emphasis on the size of breasts and penises. In about half the pictures, gleeful beauties with drooling smiles grasp prodigious manhood, sometimes with two hands. Although no penetration appears, scenes show female and male nudity.
Hosiery, garter belts, high heels, and long gloves enhance spectacular figures. Shape and style are typical of other work the Great Bill Ward accomplished for Goldstripe publications, but a cheerful tone prevails as characters enjoy carnal feasting.
Men and women connect in a myriad of sexual permutations. Both narratives and picture sets are sprinkled with whips, chains, ropes and cuffs. One male confesses that he enjoys pain.
Booklet-sized ebooks present each page of the publications in the original sequence. Although these iterations are not optimized, illustrations with vertical orientation fill the screen from top to bottom. Digital replicas present all the content of these rare, 1970s classics, including advertising.
