The absence of a zip code in the publisher's address suggests that the booklet was produced before 1963. The 44-page publication contains three components.

Written by Rene, An Unexpected Switch tells a story involving an actress and an actor. Determined to give Karen the spanking he thinks she needs, Doug explains why in heated dialog — Karen stole the scene they just shot. He uses rope and ping pong paddle to accomplish his discipline.

More than 20 photographs show two women in bra and panties on top of a man. They use ping pong paddle and rope. Another man shows up and it looks like everyone had fun.

Ten ornate illustrations by Harry show older women dominating younger ones. Fetishistic rubber attire and strict bondage characterize arbitrary discipline. The pictures don't tell a story, but show scenes with varied characters.

Mr. Klaw published Harry pictures (with men in submissive roles) in Nutrix booklets in the early 1960s. Other Action Publishing booklets show Harry's femdom bondage art.

The digital replica presents all content of the booklet in the original sequence, including advertising. Brightness and contrast were adjusted and many speck re-touched.

One optimized ebook shows all the photographs on pages that fill screens from top to bottom. As the photos were placed two to a page in the original, the optimized presentation gives a better view, although the scenario lacks credibility.

The cover of Punishment, Volume IV, says WRESTLING – BONDAGE – SPANKING. While that may be accomplished in fact, the highest quality component is the rare Harry art.

By Elaine Fry, Torture Unlimited provides a competent narrative about two women who conspire to seduce a man, bring him to their home with the promise of sex, and hurt him there.

Vanessa dominates submissive Elaine, the first-person narrator of the story. They've been living together, and in that time, Elaine confesses, she's learned to admire her demanding roommate and appreciate the validity of the punishments she inflicts.

At a bar, Elaine and Vanessa convince handsome Glen to come over to their place for a night of fun. There, he experiences a colorful menu of torments and indignities that amuse his lovely captors. Chapter titles refer to his trials:

Ten vivid sketches illuminate the story. With art that's better than competent, the artist exposes the glee of his lovely aggressors as they feast on the their captive's anguish. Penciled tableaux align closely with events described in the prose.

Although the booklet identifies no publisher or place, it's likely to have been produced after 1970. The fixed, deliberate, women-abuse-man focus may imagine possible sexual consequences of contemporary feminist rhetoric. Or, it may be an earnest effort create masochist fantasy. Either way, the product shows skill and consistency.
