In the beginning (1946), there was John (née John A. Coutts) Willie's Bizarre, "a fashion fantasia," the first digest-sized, fetish periodical. Around 1957, Mr. Coutt's sold Bizarre Publishing Company to a good friend, who produced issues 21 through 26.
Apparently, the new owner launched a second publication, Dominate, which focused on dominant women. The cover boasts, "UNIQUE - CAPTIVATING - FACT - FICTION - CURIOSA." The best parts are illustrations by Rex.



Except for photos received from readers and taken from other magazines, print quality is good. Text was produced on a typewriter.

Damnation and Domination! — First of a two-part fiction piece by Stella Birchwood. Lance intrudes on the privacy of Connie and Gregg while she's spanking him. Connie begins Lance's punishment with hand spanking (see cover) on the way to a remote cabin. There, he endures more spanking, gets collar and leash, and gives Connie a pony ride. Three illustrations by Rex.



Whipping Party! — For $100, Sue agrees to be stripped and whipped at a party. In the end, she confesses that she enjoyed the pain. Two illustrations by Rex.
The Paddling — A true account from a reader. A young man introduces his girlfriend to Dominate magazines and bizarre books. She decides that she will be the boss of her boyfriend, which means spankings and domination.



Tyranna — A comic on one page, by Rex.



Temple of Torture — Photos and text taken from Pose magazine describe a brutal cult in Singapore.



Discipline Correspondence — Lots of praise for Dominate magazine.



Self-Bound! — A wife takes pictures of herself while bound.
Two pages have illustrations of women in control taken from men's magazines.
Similar to the Severin character of Venus in Furs, The Confessions of Severin discloses one man's dream “of being tied down and thrashed.” Whip follows cane in a club managed by women.



Every word and picture of the original is included in the ebook, including advertising. Some page layouts were revised. Page sequence was revised to accomplish continuity of two prose pieces. Brightness and contrast were adjusted, yielding an ebook easier in which everything is easy to read and see.



As illustrations by Rex show precious delineation of lovely feminine forms, this product includes an optimized ebook that collects his contributions to Dominate 6 and Fetishist and Spinster. The digital mechanism provides the best way to enjoy his art.

Fetishist and Spinster

Although this 40-page volume discloses no publisher, it's likely to be people connected with Dominate magazine. It appears that the same typewriter was used for the text. The story leads to a man being whipped and spanked by a woman he knows. And Rex created four excellent illustrations (on eight pages of the optimized version).



Sexy Sarah explains to bartender Bedelia that boss Harvey gets “a far-away look in his eyes” whenever his dictation includes words liked fetish, rubber, leather or tied up. Sarah was so angry with her boss that she wanted to beat him.



When Sarah gets her boss in her apartment, she has him strip, ties him to a chair and spanks him with a ping-pong paddle. While he feels pain and humiliation, she dons more exotic attire. She has him wear heels, female foundation garments and petticoats and look at himself in a mirror. Bedelia arrives and advises that he should be spanked by hand over Sarah's knee.



The anonymous booklet presents a light masochist fantasy with tasty fetish and flagellation details. The digital replica is the best way to enjoy it.
