A popular pinup model of the 1950s and 1960s, statuesque Jackie Miller appears here in a black negligee, fishnet stockings, and black mules, usually on a small bed. A sexy cheesecake temptress, she poses her instrument as a professional virtuoso. Deliberately seductive, she seems to understand, here, that men enjoy ogling her womanly curves and she responds with an expression of readiness.

Those with an interest in pretty feet will appreciate this work. Miss Jackie consistently articulates arches, insteps and ankles with feminine grace that will please the gaze of fetishists.

Some of the original photographs show penciled lines and shadows, a professional technique that enhances definition of shapes on light fields.

Many of Mr. Burtman's titles intended to mine narrow ranges of interest. In this pursuit, his magazine titles advertised legs, stockings, high heels, cross-dressing, burlesque and other fetish subjects.

Forty-Plus sought to accommodate those who admired large-breasted models. Coincidentally, at least half the pictures in this issue show lovely legs in tight-fitting stockings, held in place by garter belts.

Covers promise bust beauty from Margaret Middleton, Helga Swenson, Tina Cruz, “Cup Cake” Cassidy, Virginia Bell and others. Cheerful posers boast their assets on 64 pages.

The old paper translates well to the digital iteration, yielding clear images and a nice palette of grays. Brightness and contrast were adjusted and specks retouched. The digital replica contains all the content of the booklet, including ads.
