During the 1970s, Eros Publishing Company launched the Bizarre Books series with diagonal Eros Goldstripe ribbons on covers. The series included male domination and female domination novels, often with forced transvestism, usually illustrated by a gifted artist.


A successful businessman, Perry Brice has a penchant for wearing girdles, stockings and high heels when alone in his penthouse. From her apartment in another building, Ingrid Putnam catches him en femme through binoculars. Seeking a wealthy, well-hung male she can abuse and dominate, she sends him letters that demand he report to her for punishment. Aware of his own submissive nature, Perry presents himself at her door and meets a gorgeous brunette who drags him through a dozen degrading punishment scenarios, some of which cost him thousands of dollars.


She giggles when he suffers, teases, denies, and ridicules everything about him with a vicious vocabulary. He lusts after her beautiful body, always displayed in sexy foundation garments, stockings, high-heeled shoes and boots.


But Miss Ingrid gets her kicks from hurting him, not pleasing the man she calls her slave. To focus his humiliation, she has him dressed as a woman while she brutalizes him. He wears bottomless rubber shorts while he's tied to a whipping post, and she exercises her skill with a rawhide cat.


Except for the dollars, Perry recognizes that this bizarre menage ideally pairs sadist with transvestite masochist. The dominant beauty likes his looks as much as the fun of chastising and insulting him. Fetish and transvestite ingredients spice this competently crafted femdom story.


Except for advertising, the ebook has all the content of the paperback volume, including the color cover and back cover. While typical Bizarre Books volumes were published with 12 ink drawings, Whiplash has 16 illustrations by the Great Bill Ward. Tasty fetish features of these voluptuous illustrations are repeated, enlarged, on separate pages. The ebook shows pictures on more than 40 pages.


Illustrations depict incidents in the story, and most display the grand female figure of the sexy “dominatrice.” As permitted by story content, page sequence was revised to position each picture close to the prose that describes it.


The text has been completely re-set for the ebook version. Editing changes a small amount of spelling and punctuation and just a few words.


There has never been a better mechanism for enjoying this rare artifact of 1970s fetish culture.
