Tortured TV's, Volume 4, Number 4
In this issue of Tortured TV's, 48 pages are divided between two attractive transvestites in wigs, garter belt, hosiery and heels. Copious prose accompanies each photo set, describing circumstances that result in each becoming bound and impaled.

In both scenarios, a man accomplishes bondage of the cross-dresser with rope. He's named in the text but only hands are shown in photographs.

Dolly
Expecting her beau Roger, Dolly dolls up in front of a dressing table mirror. Instead, Bill appears, with kinky appetites of his own. In her boudoir, he fixes Dolly in ropes, on the floor and on the bed, where she shows off seams of full-fashioned nylons.

In the garage, a web of ropes attaches the leggy blond to wall studs, looped around wrists, ankles and stretched penis. A plastic dildo gets inserted.

Crystal
Dressed only in corselette and fishnets, Crystal relaxes with a cigarette on the patio. When Roger shows up, Crystal and her manhood get tied up in bed, a shiny garter belt now holding her stockings.

She's subjected to a couple of impromptu gags. A hand works a dildo between cheeks. In the garage, her arms are bound to a thick wood shaft across her shoulders

In the final scene, Crystal squirms inside a rope-tightened rubber jumpsuit that exposes modest genitalia.

The interior photography was accomplished with professional lighting. Competence abounds, but some photos have intended texture.

Brightness and contrast were adjusted, shadows reduced and many specks retouched. All content of the original is shown in the ebook in the original sequence, including ads. A few page layouts were revised.

All new scans.

Male nudity.

The editorial says, “TV's have a way of bringing out a guy's worst side — and with Roger and Bill, that includes plenty of bondage and psychological torment.” The vulnerability of transvestites can be exploited by weak men, whose violence may be a reaction to self-contempt stimulated by the dissonant but irresistible appeal of fabricated femininity.

East Coast Honeys, Volume 4, Number 5
East Coast Honeys flips the coin, presenting one well-endowed blond gripping a riding crop. In RHT nylons, garter belt, bra, heels and fur, Sandy poses on the divan, a confident display of gender duality. In a few pictures, she wears a white dress, then strips down to pantyhose and black panties.

She smiles often, as if entertained by the scrutiny imposed by the camera in the room. The text says she becomes impatient while awaiting the arrival of “a weak-willed submissive sort of guy.”

When Harold appears, he's naked, except for complex leather blindfold, gag and wrist cuffs. Kneeling with his chest on a chair, Sandy holds her whip near him.

She uses his bare back as a foot stool, then finds six ways to sit on him. In the last few photos, Sandy is about to enter her humble client.

Introductory text says that “Spicy & Spoiled” Sandy is a New Yorker and the setting for these pictures could be her home. The photography looks professional, with good lighting and few unpleasant shadows.

These magazines present contrasting roles for recreational transvestites. Their publishers anticipated a trans-curious market for images of glamorous guys, in bondage and in charge.

The helpless transvestite figure didn't appear in feature films until The Crying Game of 1992, although a lawyer's client in . . . And Justice for All (1979) is a doomed cross-dresser. (Does a male dominatrix character exist in serious literary or film work?) These ebooks provide access to 20th century TV fantasy decades before trans-gender vocabulary became a routine element of political speech.

NOTE:
Although some parts of pictures are obscured on this page, the ebook shows everything that's in the original.
