Many of our ebook products derive their content from individual issues of magazines. Good magazines yield excellent ebooks and are a pleasure to develop and present. Other issues leave a lot to be desired.
The current offering is not based on a single magazine title or a single publisher. Several issues of High Heels were used but other magazines — Silken Thighs, Fetish Mistress, The Mistress Speaks, Exotique, — yielded excellent photos of pretty feet perched on pumps and sandals.
About 20 percent of the pictures show women dominating men. In these series, women hold whips, enforcing their strict dominion over nearby males, who perform various forms of lip service on the divas in charge and their footwear.
The ebook presents wonderful pictures of models in high heels from the 1970s and 1980s. Most models wear shoes with heels that meet or exceed a five-inch height minimum, pose their curvaceous legs in stockings — RHT, FF and fishnet — and hold a whip. Many wear shoes with six-inch and seven-inch heels.
Some are also seen in corsets, garter belts, panties, long gloves, bras, and other lingerie. Lots of nudity. A few shoes with platforms.
Pictures are in sets and some sets are derived from two different magazines. All captions and titles have been excised; all original page layouts have been disassembled.
The optimized ebook contains more than 300 images. In some cases, an enlargement is shown next to the complete picture of the model or on the following page. Photos have been adjusted and cropped; specks have been re-touched. Many photos are in color.
In an attempt to be artistic, some of the original photography is low contrast, shot in low light conditions, or shot on coarse-grained film. Despite some intentionally rough textures, those pictures are included in this volume because the content renders the images ideal for the collection.
In some cases, these factors lend a painterly quality to the imagery. The sequence of photographs describe action, relationships and progressions, as males succumb to overwhelming female power.
Despite shortcomings, this fetish pinup album will afford hours of enjoyment for those with a special interest in sexy models in high heels and stockings, and fierce, leather-clad divas forcing wayward males to the floor. The optimized ebook format fills the screen with graceful curves.
