Boy Beaters re-visits her female-dominated household of Family Affair, but involves only the kids. Sister and brother Lily and Teddy play cards. When stepsister Dolly accuses Teddy of cheating, Lily becomes furious and wrestles him to immobility.

Although pretty Dolly appears in nearly all pictures, Lily does most of the grappling and soon pins her brother. When Teddy capitulates in defeat, Dolly enjoys straddling and face time. This story is more about mixed wrestling than the female domination scenarios of most Family Affair episodes.

The original booklet was made using a copy machine to duplicate the original art. The excellent drawings by Mr. Stanton vary in size and orientation. Some show clear pencil lines and shading on a white field; some drawings are embedded in a gray background. Each of the 30 pages has text above the illustration(s).

The digital replica consists of 30 pages of the story plus the cover. Except for adjustment of brightness and contrast, the images are unchanged.

The optimized ebook separates the prose from the art, placing each block of narrative on its own page. The complete picture appears on the following page. The wide pages of this layout are intended to reduce the need for zooming and scrolling.
