The premiere issue of Exotique Photo Album gives us lots to enjoy. Nearly every picture aims at satisfying one fetish appetite or another. Curvy models flirt in high-heeled shoes and boots, corsets, long gloves, and full-fashioned hosiery. In a way, it seems that Mr. Burtman worked to demonstrate that he could publish fetish magazines as well as Mr. Coutts.

The booklet includes an illustrated article from London Life by Bottier about the joys of corsets, gloves, nylons and high heels. Three illustrations by Mr. Bilbrew also appear.

Pretty posers include Bettie Page, Heather Christy, Brandee Kayse and other favorites. Some photographs pre-date the 1950s by decades, and look like they were taken of wives and girlfriends.

The quality of photography and production in the original reflect care and competence. All content in the 68-page booklet is in the digital replica in the original sequence. The tonality of photographs was adjusted.

The optimized version is based on photos, not pages. Each picture is placed on a separate, wide ebook page. All images fill the screen from top to bottom. The model is shown complete, and fetish details, such as corsets, stockings and footwear, are enlarged beside the complete image or on another page.

Pictures were re-organized to cluster together images of each model. Drawings are presented at the end of the ebook. 150 pages.
