The magazine opens with a bit of psychology titled Editorial.

An extreme obsession with pain, a desire to be shamed and tortured in cruel sex games, a lust for women who wear high heels and leather — these are some of the things that make up the psyche of the Bondage and Domination fetishist. Many might ask, "What kind of sicko would want to be whipped and humiliated?" We can only say, don't knock it till you've tried it.

This issue offers an essay about high heels plus four pictorials. Three show women dominating women and the fourth shows a woman abusing a male.

Manchurian Marauder

In a jungle setting, we find Sandra, in long leather gloves and thigh boots, punishing Tami for disobedience. Tami delivers boot worship. In the last pictures, the two models have stripped down to reveal lovely bodies.

The Fatal Fascination of High Heels

Photographs that accompany the essay show the highest heels in the magazine. The writer opens with a lament about current shoe fashions and admires the mechanical physiology of high heels.

There must be a few men who do not regret the present fashion in women's footwear that has ordained that the high-heel be replaced by the 'chunky' ... a square, unstilted monstrosity that not only looks ugly but fails completely to do for a woman's calf and general posture what the high-heel did so magnificently and, of course, erotically.

From a purely mechanical/physiological point of view, the high-heel, by putting the woman up and forward on her toes, tends to exhibit to their best those two magnificent muscles in the calf, the gastrocnemius and the soleus. A profound nostalgia sweeps over any red-blooded male when he recalls the forward, almost tottering, walk of a well-built woman, the gastroenemius and soleus twitching under a sheer silk stocking and sending the seam of the stocking into tiny heaving spasms with each step!

He alludes to the dignity and authority wearing high heels adds to a woman's posture. Two quotations from novels refer to the allure of heels, including Lady of the Night by Mortimer Rayner.

"To have a woman either then in high heels, or to have a woman who is given to wearing high heels, has always for men the attraction of subduing and placing in an inferior position a creature whose natural instinct, as announced by her love of high heels, is to subdue and dominate men. It is a rich and delicious case of biter being bit, of mistress becoming slave, of hauteur being tamed."
