Submission in Leather — a short story

The story delivers a fantasy with many references to footwear, foundation garments, hosiery and lingerie. That the female has a preference for these accessories is the stuff fetishist dreams are made of.
Rhonda liked to dress up in tight corsets, sheer stockings and high-heeled shoes. Don, her regular escort, complained about her attire one night because, with the height added by her heels, she appeared taller than he was. He couldn't tolerate that, which led to their break-up.
When Don told his friend Leo about the problem, he was excited to hear about a woman who liked to dress that way. Leo called her, and soon he and Rhonda were together.
. . . . Rhonda was still dressed as she had been when Don had departed so abruptly, and her exciting appearance together with her regal beauty, all but took Leo's breath away.
That first evening they spent in becoming acquainted. Leo explained a lot to Rhonda about the strange fetishistic desires that she felt but had not previously understood. Under his guidance, Rhonda came to realize that she had discovered within herself a power that would lead her to a full and happy life.
Along with the books Leo had brought her, telling the history of exotic costumes and some describing the lives of some of the fortunate people who had lived according to their own rules for happiness, Leo had also brought some current magazines describing modern and up-to-date fashions that emphasized all the lovely materials and the desires that Rhonda had been growing aware of. Leather, satin, and lace; high-heeled shoes and tight leather belts, long gloves and black stockings — all were shown in detail in the pages of the magazines.

Nine letters comment on shoes, boots, shoes that are too small, corsets, walking in mud, women wrestling, cross dressing, rubber, and a wife who dominates her husband. For example –
I am a housewife in my late thirties with an avid interest in footwear. My insatiable desire for high heels has led me to collect nearly sixty pairs of shoes ranging from 3 to 6 inch heels and in sizes from 6B to 4A. Oddly enough, only about ten pairs are of my normal size which is 6B.
This strange desire for small shoes stemmed from an experience during my first Prom back in high school days. The only high heeled pumps I could find to match my formal were a size too small for me and they were so cute that I couldn't resist buying them. Naturally, during the course of the evening, my feet nearly "killed me" and I had to force myself to dance in order not to miss any fun. Actually, I began to enjoy the fact that I had to drive myself regardless of my sore feet and it was then that this sensation developed. Ever since then I've often felt a strong desire to walk long distances wearing tight shoes.
Usually, when this feeling comes over me, I plan a day's shopping in the city. This "shopping spree" always starts by riding in with my husband on his way to work in the morning and I stay in the city until he picks me up again late in the afternoon. He knows the purpose of my trip and never says anything except one time last summer when I went in three days in a row. I just couldn't get enough, I guess, and even then he only expressed concern about it. On these trips, my attire is usually modest except, of course, my shoes. I generally wear size 5A and sometimes 4 1/2AA, depending on my mood.
The heels run from 4 to 5 inches and are always closed pumps. The smallest I can wear and do a lot of walking is 4 1/2AA, but I am trying to condition myself to wear 4A pumps. So, far, I can only get to the super market and back in 4 A's, but some day I am going to attempt to wear them in town.

On about 20 pages, photographs show women in corsets, high heels, negligee, lingerie, garters, panties, fishnets, full-fashioned nylons, garter belts, bras, long gloves and boots. Two pages show women brawling.
