Most of the story deals with a crafty plan to tie, tease, humiliate and modify whimpering Simpkins while the surgical team of lovely experts is dressed in intoxicating rubber.
The bold prose tells of women determined to punish. The story fills six pages of the magazine, with an illustration by Rubex on each plus two additional pictures in color.
The digital replica contains all content in the magazine, including ads and Rubber Lovers Personals. Page sequence was revised in pursuit of continuity of letters pages. A few page layouts were revised to present pictures without reduction in size.
