Although the cover displays Mr. Bilbrew's High Heels nameplate, no Eros Goldstripe ribbon decorates the upper right corner. The contents look like those of a typical Eros Publishing Company product, but that name appears nowhere inside.

Five pictorials show pretty legs in hosiery and heels, some of them high. Two models wear boots. No males. The page-three editorial describes the women appearing in the magazine with these words:

A shapely blond in long gloves and leather dress strips down to show off her lace-trimmed waist-cincher, stockings and shiny pumps with four-inch heels. She presents her womanly credentials as she winds a long whip around her footwear.

The Tourist Trap — short story

After Evette escapes from incarceration at a care facility, she finds a remote farmhouse. There, she binds and gags the proprietress and takes over. Dick and Denise decide to the spend the night at the bed and breakfast and get a lot more than ham and eggs. Evette persuades Dick to follow her to a vacant bedroom, hits him in the head with a heavy glass vase and ties him with rope. After an hour of abusing the couple . . . .

It wasn't the words that made him obey, but the way Evette reached for one of the bloodstained spiked paddles she had dropped onto the bed. The length of rope which bound him to his wife was long enough for him to move around behind her. . . .

Evette was so aroused in fact that for a moment she let her defenses down, all eyes to this uniquely debasing display, this abusive ritual she was forcing husband to perform on wife. It was the moment Richard had been waiting for . . . he suddenly lunged forward, shoving Denise against Evette and then in turn throwing himself down on top of the woman's body as she lost her balance and toppled to the floor.

He grabbed the whip and pulled it out of her hand, trying to avoid her hands as she raked her fingernails down over his back, screaming with fiendish anger. But now it was Richard's turn to prove himself, and he used his body like a battering ram, pounding it down on top of Evette, getting his wife to drag the glass vase over so that he could use it the way Evette Nichols had done.
