This volume presents itself as an account of a day in the life of Carnal Candy, transsexual model. The page-two editorial provides this introduction:

Welcome to the bizarre, highly charged world of Carnal Candy — the wanton with the insatiable appetite and the most incredible body ever seen! Candy's ready for anything, but her special love is hard and thick. She needs a lover badly — she can't go long without the hot rush of delicious pleasure.

In most photographs, she wears sheer RHT hosiery. In the kitchen she poses in a black negligee and sandals.

In the living room and elsewhere, her fingers find her erection as if boasting about it to the camera. In a dress outdoors, she lifts her skirt to expose herself to onlookers. In the blurbs, an admirer agrees to meet her at her apartment.

Preparing for his arrival, she changes into a satiny blue bustier and silver knee boots with platforms.

Brightness, contrast and levels were adjusted and shadows reduced. A few of the photographs in the original have poor contrast. Most pictures transposed to ebook format with clarity and all were improved.
